How to make ofada stew

Ingredients
1. Pepper (yellow or red pepper)
2. Tomato (just little)
3. Onions (a lot )
4. dry fish (smoked fish)
5. Blended crayfish
6  Ogiri
7. Meet (any meat of your choice)
8. Palm oil.

Methods
1. Pour your palm oil into a pot and then let it bleach for about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Add your chopped onions, ginger and garlic to the hot oil you let it fly very well so as to let the onions released its flavour.
3. Audio blended pepper mix with little tomato paste to the oil mixture let it fry before adding any ingredients (Don't stir).
4. After frying the pepper you can add a little quantity of meat stock to the pepper.
5. Add your blended crayfish, Maggi salt, dry fish and assorted meat of choice to the mixture and add your ogiri
6. Cover and let it cook for it to let the ingredients settle inside the stew.
7. Make sure not to ask too much of water if you want to achieve a thick consistency when done cooking.
